This is a site which contains everything you want to know about D.T.O.M which stands for Don't Tread On Me, and how to become a member. It started on Wednesday May 26, 1999 by me, captn_howdy. It is an internet gang, that watches out for other members involved, we are not assholes, we are simply a group of people who are fed up with mouthy people, and we have banded together to put justice on foul use of chat rooms!

Ruels To Join

1) We do not recruit assholes, mouthy people, and annoying.
2) To be recruited, you must be given permission by the leader (captn_howdy) or the co-leader (WildKlown) and nobody else.
3) If you want to join, you will be observed by us, and then we will decide whether or not to accept you.
